My MP 560 has been working fine, up to a few days ago. Just turned itself off. Now when I turn it on , it starts to power up, then shuts right back down. I have tried different outlets, disconnected cord from back, and tried to turn it on a dozen times. Same every time. Any suggestions? Maybe power supply? Thanks in advance!
To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes. Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on correctly.
