MX922 Printer Problem

csmitchell
Apprentice

My MX922 printer has worked well for about a year or more, but problems have cropped up this week.  One computer on my home network is able to get the printer to print, but printing can take up to several hours to initiate and complete; the other computer reports that the printer is offline or turned off, neither of which is the case.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the printer and printer drivers and have worked through the troubleshooting steps within the operating system - Windows 7.

How should I proceed further to troubleshoot this?

Thanks for any help.

I have the Dell P2715Q Monitor and the Canon Pixma MX922 Printer.  My Monitor resolution is set at 3840 x 2160 (Recommended)    Do i need to calibrate my Monitor and Printer to get the benefit of my high resolution Monitor and if so, how do i do it please?
