I have a MG3122 printer/scanner. The scanned images of a black and white document show the black print as gray, rather than black. I cannot find a setting to allow me to sharpen contrast or darken the color.
Does anyone know how to do this, or is it a problem with this model?
Thanks!

Hello.
Use the Scangear option in the IJ Scan Utility program. Once you select this option, go to the Advanced Mode section to access brightness or contrast adjustments.
