Canon Solution Menu EX has stopped working

Just bought and installed a PIXMA MG5320 and after the reboot I keep getting the error above.

And I can't launch it either.

Hello Mojoala.

 

For testing purposes, please temporarily disable any firewall or anti-spyware utilities on the computer.  Then check to see if the program will open correctly.
