I cannot print anything. Im recieving an error message of 6000. Please help

Hello,

 

I can print photos from Cartridge 1, but when I try to print on paper through cartridge 2 it goes through the printing process but comes out blank. I was able to print a couple of days ago, but needed to replace some ink cartridges, so I did.  All ink cartridges are now fine. Nozzle check is okay as was alignment check. Latest firmware has been installed. What else can I try? Thank you.
