sx 500 action shots

need good settings for action shots for my new sx500is  all my sports shots are very blurry

Shooting action & sports with a P & S can be a challenge but the general rules are the same as they are for DSLR's You'll have to consult your manual to see which things you can take control of using the info already on line here.
