SX60 HS Shutting off when trying to connect

Amadrid

When trying to connect the camera to my iPhone via bluetooth the screen says searching for access points and then shuts off after about 2 seconds. Bluetooth and WiFi are both turned on. Can anyone help with this? I’d like to be able to use the iPhone app as it is intended.

Hi Amadrid,
Thanks for posting.
Your PowerShot SX60 HS doesn't support a Bluetooth connection, however Wi-Fi is certainly supported.
Please let us know which version of iOS you're using on your iPhone.

Hi Richard,

I'm using iOS 11.1.2. I'm connected to wifi when trying but still have the same issue with the camera shutting off after about 2-3 seconds. This feature has previously worked, but now seems not to be. I tried to follow the steps in the easy setup guide with no luck.

Hi Amadrid,
Thank you for your reply.
The Camera Connect App does not support iOS 11+, however we're always looking to improve our apps.
