My question is simple.My User guide is in spanish. How do I get it in English & how to charge batter

My guide is in Spanish. Did not get an English one. Therefore, I can't use the camera at all. Don't have the proper plugs to charge the battery and its dead as a doornail.  Help!!!!!  Got port for computer...got some other cord that doesn't fit in the camera...Basically, I cant use the thing....
