dropped Power shot sxi701s everything works but pics are blurry. mositure on the lens Im sure.

first time using this. Dropped Power shot sxi701s in creek. took everything out. Put in front of fan. Everything works except the pics are blurry. Im sure the inside lens needs wiped or dried out. Is there any hope and what should I do?
