Selphy CP900

My Selphy CP900 keeps indicating that I need to put in a new ink cartridge.  I have done that twice.  How do I fix it.

Hello...Did u got a solution to this problem?I m also currently facing same problem now..And now bit irritated by it..So if u found ur solution can u please share here..So that i can solve it.Yes putting new ink cartridge doesn't work mybkexperience.
