My Canon Printer MX922 will not print. I just put in new ink cartridges. Paper comes out blank.

please help.  Canon Printer MX922 with new ink cartridges just purchased from Staples, will not print, paper comes out blank.

What can I do?  The only ink cartridge which is not full is the large, large black.  Could that be the problem? answer:  [Mod Note: Removed personal information per forum guidelines]
