I cleaned and deep-cleaned the heads. I doubt it's a software issue or it would have copied fine, no?
The test page printed fine, with all colors present, etc.

Hi Lopato,
In regards to this issue, it would be faster to contact us. Before you do though, please verify that the test page that you printed is correct. Please follow these steps:
1. Press <HOME>.
2. Rotate the menu to Settings and press <OK>.
3. Press <OK> on Maintenance.
4. Press <OK> on Nozzle Check Pattern.
5. Press <OK> on Yes.
The Nozzle Check will print. Please compare your printout to the example that has been attached below:
