I had the same problem, I cleaned diligently the Print head, over and over, and let it dry out overnight.
I re-inserted it in the morning, and still B200.
I inserted a NEW printhead, and the system cleared.
and has been working OK since.
I re-inserted the OLD printhead, and the error B200 ,
came on again.
So I put in the NEW one again, and it's working FINE.
QY6-0080 for a Pixma MG5320.
Mine i think is over 2 years old. So any printer will
eventually NEED a new printhead, it is only good
for so many copies.
