Canon Pixma MG3220

[9thMarines]

Have just set up Pixma MG3220 using USB printer port.  It does not print and gives Error Message 7.

Have removed orange sealing tape, but not brown tape running parallel to ink cartridge, which appears

to be permanently affixed.  HELP!!
