Hi all,
I have a puzzling issue that's causing what little hair I have left to fall out, basically I've installed the drivers and softare for my Canon Pixima IX6850 and then proceeded to try and print using easy photo print ex but as I submit the print job I get a message stating "insufficient memory" yet I'm running a high end gaming laptop and 1tb memory with plenty of room, I also out of curiosity tested on another gaming latop I own with high spec and windows 10 and also run into the same error.
I followed the instructions of this video to try and rectify:

However in the folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Canon Easy-PhotoPrint EX
There is no cache or settings folder, out of curiosity I added these in myself but still that didn't resolve the issue.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated?
Thanks,
Cez.
