Recently, after installing a new black print cartridge, I received the error message U052. I followed the trouble shooting suggestions. After turning printer back on, now I get error message 5200. What should I do now???

To try and resolve the issue, please remove all of the ink tanks and print head from the printer, then reseat them in the unit. If you still receive the same error and resetting the printer does not fix the problem, the printer will require servicing. Please click on the Contact Us link below to obtain servicing options.
