Cannon Pixma MG495

For the last month my recently purchased Pixma MG495 has not being working properly. The black ink has appeared faded and lines are not straight. I have tried the following:

 

  • Purchased brand new ink cartridges.
  • Performed deep cleaning multiple times.
  • Performed the print head alignment (both manual and automatic).

Not of these have worked for me. Can someone help as I am desperate!
