Before we can help you with your MF232w, we will need some more information about your situation. Could you answer a few questions?
Are you able to make copy after placing a document in the printer and pressing Copy and Start? If you are able to make a copy, your MF232w is able to print and scan. Are you using the printer with your computer? If so, which version of Windows or Mac are you using, and how are you connecting the printer to your computer, with a USB cable or via your network?
