imageCLASS MF726Cdw has false paperjam fault and won't pick up paper

I have about a 6 month old MF726Cdw that won't print. It will attempt to pick up paper, I'll hear it click every couple seconds then I get a "device 5 paperjam" fault. It tells me to remove the paper drawer and clear the fault. I've opened all compartments and found no paper anywhere. I've tried self cleaning and turned the machine off and on. Ideas?
