iR-ADV C5240 . Print server - Jpeg formats getting stuck in queue while printing

We have Canon MFP model iR-ADV C5240, which is hosted from a print server. Whenever someone prints a .jpg file, it gets stuck in the printer queue "Spooling" and other jobs also get stuck .

 

Solution is to stop the spooler service in the server and delete the print jobs. Can anything be done, to fix this?
