Printer S/No. : QUC04165
Error Code : #801
The problem I am experiencing is that the document that I have scanned does not appear in my computer's scan folder and when I scan the document for it to be sent to my computer, an error message 'Please check your network connection' appears.
Please kindly help to advise me on what I can do to solve this problem as this problem is causing a huge laid back in my work.
