Hello,
I have a Canon GX2020 printer I am having issues with. I do not see plain letter 8.5" x 11" as a paper option. When printing from Acrobat I have that set as the default paper option. Same for the Windows default printing option.
When I print, I get a 2110 support code error on the printer. I then attempt to change the paper and you can see in the attached video, I only have a few options. All of the drivers are up to date as I downloaded and ran the Canon master set-up and driver software. Am I missing something simple or is this a bigger issue?
