Dear Support,

i configure my email address on Canon IR Advance 3525i for scan to email through administrator account, it only works when an account is login on the machine.i want to use it without any uesr authentication to machine( sign in to machine) because when the machine switch to sleep mode it automatically logged out the user and we need to sign in again and again to utilize the scan to email function.

 

Please help.
