I just connected my new MF4890dw printer, and it only printers HTML code from websites--this happens with both IE and Firefox. I have googled for a solution, but have found nothing. Thanks for your help.

Hi Mccaims57,
If you are able to print from other software applications, the issue would relate to the setting requirements of the browsers. Please know there are no known issues between the driver for your multifunction printer and HTML printing, and should print properly for you.
In researching, there are some known issues with IE expressed by other IE users online and referenced on the Microsoft support pages. For your reference here are links with a reference to adjusting a certain files, the file type,
performing a reset, and default setting of the browser (further assistance would be provided by Microsoft):

Although a specific issue reference was not found with Firefox, you may wish to refer to Mozilla's support information for resetting the browser and print settings, which can be accessed here. (further assistance would be provided by Mozilla):
If a similar type of issue occurs with all printing, it is recommended to uninstall and reinstall the latest drivers for your imageCLASS MF4890dw to have a clean start and take the driver out of the equation. The drivers can be downloaded here on the Canon USA website. However, if further assistance is needed, please feel free to Contact Us.
