Hi Ultraglide

In order to properly assist you, I will just need to know the specfic error message you are receiving when attempting to print?

When I attempt to print, I get an error message to check the notifications. When I do so it says 'no paper'. When I hit the no paper, I get the LTR: Plain 1 greyed out but when I touch the A4: Plain 2 (which is not greyed out), it prints

Hello Ultraglide,

For clarification, I have a few questions about your situation.  What size paper is loaded in your MF624Cw?  Do you have the same size and type paper loaded in the paper drawer and in the multi-purpose tray?

I use standard 8-1/2x11 paper in the multi-purpose tray.  The other tray is and always has been empty. The problem has only recently appeared.

Hi Ultraglide

You must specify the paper size and type settings to match the paper that is loaded.  Please click HERE for instructions.

That doesn't work.  I have since discovered that when I print from the iphone, it prints perfectly.
