I have changed all my laser cartridges brand new. What I an starting to notice is a yellow band on the side of my paper after printing something. It does not happen all the time but enough to make it annoying.
I tried to get help from Canon but it is next to impossible without calling them. I would rather email them and get an answer. So it it up to the Community to help me. The toner cartridges are less than a month old.
I took out the cartridge and noticed a bit of "something" on the end of the blue roller thingy, but I don't know where that came from. I cleaned it but no help.
Thanks in advance,
