Canon IR1133 - waiting to print message

Hello

I have an issue with our IR1133 printer that happened after replacement of catridge. The problem is in the fact that the printer does not print any job and show the message waiting to print. When I go to see the print job on the printer I find all of them with same status. If I try to cancel one of them, the printer shows canceling but does not finish and freeze on that.

The copy function do work so I thaught that it was not an issue with the cartridge.

 

Please help to figure out where is the problem and how can I solve it.
