Canon E471 Problem with Failed to adquire information on the driver on software. Check the network

Hi all 

I was trying to install the the driver to printer E471 but all the time I find this message:

what I did:

1.- I validate the network connection           . Result : Doesnt work

2.- I eliminate the windows  firewall              . Result : Doesnt work

3.- Was eliminate my anti-viruses Macfee    . Result : Doesnt work

4.- I was logged as Administrator.                 . Result : Doesnt work

I am very frustated with this product and the installation

Any help can be appreciate
