I've used the EF 40 pancake on a T5 and get great bokeh shooting close up subjects, about 2-4 feet, which is similar to what is in the video: i.e.: like in the moving vehicle. Like I said, I don't think it's a Canon lens, though. If it is, then it might also be the EF-S 18-135, or it's cheaper cousin. I think the best guide is the apparent filter size, 77mm, which is why I think it is a Sigma, or one of the cousins..
