Hi, my scanner has been off lately, stopping frequently while scanning forms that should definitely be going through with no problems. I have cleaned it throughly but the same issue keeps happening. I would like to know how to calibrate it, my user manual does not say how to.

There is no calibration function in the menu settings of the scanner. Since cleanings did not resolve the issue, we will have to recommend that you call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), and a telephone technical support representative will be able to further assist you. While we understand that the forum may be your preferred method of communication, speaking with our telephone support group will be very beneficial in this case.
