Canon 9000F Mark II

My scanner is not properly reading the negatives; it will read 3 frames when there are 4 and when the results are shown, there is a big white bar down the middle and only half the pic is shown.  I have used several different strips and all have this issue.

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows Vista/7/8/10 or macOS 10.x), as well as the software you're using to access your scanner

We are using Windows 10.  It has always worked well in the past, but is faulty now.  Have tried the strips every way I can think of and they all turn out the same.
