I have checked and don't see a way to disable your account. You can go to My Settings > Subscriptions and Notifications > and disable any active email subscriptions you may have. You can also select unsubscribe from any emails you've received. There doesn't appear to be an option to delete your account so you may want to try to contact an admin for help so they can manually do it.
