I don't know what an A01 is, but if you're refering to the AE1 then no, the lenses won't work. You could get adapters if you're so inclined to spend the money, but that's only really feasible if it's a higher end lens. The AE1 was FD mount, and all new Canon's (from the late 80's onward) are EF mount.
