Hi
Go into Menu and try restoring default settings. That is called "clear settings" and it is in the last yellow menu tab. That is always the easiest fix to try when something has gotten messed up, but you are not sure what.
If that doesn't do it check all the stuff under the sounds category, like volume or mute or silent or whatever.
