Playback sound issue T5i

I have recorded video on the T5i,  but while in playback mode does not have audio. I have turned up the audio icon in playback mode as well as used the manual dial, still hear nothing.

The audio recording is actually working for the video, when dropped into i-movie, you can hear the sound great. But there's no assurance it's working after you've recorded. Help!

Thank you for posting.

 

During the playback of one of your videos, turning the Main Dial, located just behind your camera's shutter button, should adjust the volume.

Thanks, but I did already try increasing the volume using the main dial, as indicated in the first post. I guess i will just have to contact customer support.
