Canon T4i LCD issues

So i got a used canon t4i specifically for filming. When i’m on the main camera functions(menu, settings, etc...) it works fine, the touch screen works perfectly fine as well. Once i switch from the view finder to the LCD i get a fuzzy colorful screen(same with video mode) when i film, it even films the colorful error screen. I think this may be some type of corruption in the firmware, but i even updated the firmware from 1.0.1 to 1.0.5 and it still has the issue. Anyone have any idea how i can fix this.

Does it take pictures OK without liveview on?

I tried to take a picture and it just loads and loads and says “busy”. When i turn off the camera it says “processing images” and wont turn off i have to take the battery out. No 3rd party firmware has ever been installed on this camera.

It looks like a sensor failure. Call Canon service and ask.
