I have set up my Canon R6 ii to take 5 bracketed shots. I noticed that after the 5 shots have been taken, the information display only shows 4. Meaning if the number of shots available is originally showing 500 available shots it will show 496, even though 5 shots were taken. It should have shown 495. Does anyone know why it is not counting down the available shots accurately?

The number of shots remaining is only a best estimate. From page 53 in the User Manual:
"The number of shots available varies depending on remaining card capacity and settings such as image quality and ISO speed".
i.e. the file size of each image you capture isn't constant.
