I've used Canon printers for many years, and this particular printer for several, and have never had this problem for which there is no apparent maintenance option. The problem is that it's cutting off the top of my pages. Setting the top margin to 1.75" sometimes solves the problem but not always. Has any TS series user had this same problem? Is there any fix or do I just need to buy a new one?

Sorry, forgot to mention this problem is appearing while using ordinary 8.5 x 11 printer paper loaded in the front cassette. Not trying to print on any unusual size.
