The G6020 keeps telling me to add paper even tho it has plenty.

I'd cleared a paper jam, and ever since, it won't print now, as the printer constantly says I need to add paper.  I've had two other people look the printer over in case I missed something, and they can't find anything.

Does anyone have any ideas?
