I wish I could answer your question, but I can't. I'm having a hard time getting my new printer, same one as yours, set up so I can print Christmas FedEx labels. I've only been trying to do that for a week. I can't fit the color cartridge into the blue thingie. The black cartridge worked fine. Help!!! Thanks.
