Changed internet server, printer no longer works

My printer is on but the ON light is not working. I try to print and it takes forever to go from laptop to printer then only prints one page, stopping halfway down and then continuing to print the page. It only prints one page over and over again and will not print any other page. I have tried the WPS thing but it asked for the passcode which I don't have. Any ideas?
