Black doesnt print properly, lots of missing lines

Hi everyone

I have a pixma 4600 and never had any problem with it, until yesterday. It stopped printing the black, well just a few lines every now and then. I did many deep cleaning, and no change. Even remove the head and cleaned with hot water, still no change.

Any idea ?

Hi knut,

Since you have already performed multiple deep cleanings on the printer and the black ink still is not printing correctly, please perform a print head alignment on the unit by following the steps located at the link below:

If the black ink still does not print, the printer will require servicing.  Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
