PowerShot S10 software needed

I have an old Powershot S10 camera, but do not have the disk with the software.  I am desperate to get pictures of the old "Compact Flash Memory cards but the software is no longer available.  Any suggestions of how I might get hold of the software to rescue the photos?

You can use a memory card reader plugged into your computer's USB port to read the card. That is what I do for my cameras.
