Hello everyone. My Canon XA10 is not showing any video. It records the audio but no video. There is a pink screen. Can anyone know how to fix or any suggestions to fix in Chicago

We see that your XA10 is displaying only a pink screen and no image. Based on your description of this issue and the photo you attached, we recommend having it evaluated at one of Canon's Factory Service Centers.
