Buzz in microphone jack of vixia hfr700

Aloha! The buzz is not there when i playback video only when i plug it in. It is an anomoly. However it should not b there. Or is there an easy solution. Brand new camera. Awaiting ur expert Guidance. THANKS A MILLION
