Yes, printers with impossible error messages associated with a wrong printer head message.  Give me a break and read your own forum.

Yes Canon, you do see impossible!!  You see it incredibly impossible to FIX the problems that so many of your "FORMER" customers have with your printers and now more of your products!! 

Why not hire folks who see it POSSIBLE to fix the problems and move on to better products!  Quit ignoring your bad reputation!  It truly will follow you..........

At Canon, apparently making customers happy is impossible.  My MX700 has the dreaded U052 printer head message and I am losing time and productivity.  Maybe at Canon you guys are impossible?  My work is getting to be that way, with no printer.
